The story · Since 2010

The Brick Lane bazaar comes to Brussels

2010. Three student friends, a desire to escape, and the idea of bringing London’s flea markets to the heart of Brussels. “We had so little faith in it that we called the first edition ‘End of Vintage Market’.” The supposed end of vintage was, in fact, just the beginning.

One-of-a-kind spirit

Fifteen years on, the thing we set up with friends has become Belgium's biggest vintage market. Same sincerity as ever. Light-hearted and sharp at once. We never chased fashion. We wrong-footed it.

In the driving seat

Two women at the wheel

Charlotte and Morgan on the decks
Charlotte & Morgan

Of the original three, they're the two who kept their hands on the controls: Morgan Laloux and Charlotte Brabant. Entrepreneurs, mums and treasure hunters at heart, they keep the DeLorean running and take it out for a spin every month.

Morgan Laloux

Compulsive globetrotter

She travels the world whenever she can and brings back a taste for treasure, which she passes on to her kids.

Charlotte Brabant

Unapologetic idealist

On the side, she runs Idyl, her two natural beauty salons, where she helps women look after themselves differently, ethically and without hang-ups.

Tomorrow is thrifted

What you find here has already lived once, or more. Objects that have crossed the decades without going out of style and are just waiting for another round. New fades, beautiful stays. It's up to us to give it what comes next.
